Crochet Belt with Changeable Embellishment

A few weeks ago, I was wearing a white dress and added a ribbon around the waist because it just "needed something more." By the time I got home I had thought up this quick and easy belt. Just by adding a button on the back of an embellishment, it becomes interchangeable.

The belt is crocheted in a simple lace pattern, but could be made with any pattern at all. Affix 2 decorative buttons on one end, and on the bottom side affix 2 more buttons. This will make the belt adjustable in size as well.

I used a soft bulky yarn and size L hook. I was done in under 2 hours.

Now I have a cute belt that I can dress up or down to match anything!
